In partnership with National Training Institute (NTI) a Registered Training Organisation (RTO – Provider No. 21696) and registered with VETAB to provide national competencies from the Food Industry Sector’s Training Packages, we now offer you these two nationally accredited food safety courses on-line. These courses will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge of Food hygiene and Food safety, and meet the minimum competency standards required by the different sectors of the Food Industry including:

Josette Gillette-Impey:Josette has over 25 years of supervisory and managerial experience in the hospitality industry. She has owned her own food business as well as managed her own consulting business, specializing in providing advice and training to food service businesses.
Josette is a qualified trainer and auditor. She has worked within the Vocational Education and Training sector for over ten years, teaching at many technical institutes and private providers in Australia and New Zealand.
She has extensive experience in the development, delivery and assessment of learning programs and learning resources.
Josette has gained further extensive experience and has specialized in Food Safety since working for the City of Melbourne as a Training Consultant within their Health Services Branch, responsible for providing basic and advanced HACCP based Food Safety training and auditing services to different types of food businesses and associated industries.

Stam Levenderis: Stam has over 23 years experience managing and training in retail and sales operations across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including the food industry, insurance, real estate and consumer products. Stam has extensive experience as a compliance professional and trainer in the food industry. Stam is operating a successful business, consulting to food manufacturers, retailers and exporters in the various standards (HACCP, SQF, WQA, AQIS, BRC). Stam is also a qualified trainer, developing and providing training programs in Manufacturing and Business Administration.
Michael Nunn: Michael Nunn is a senior executive with over 40 years experience in the food and chemical industries, including senior roles in manufacturing, marketing and general management. Michael gained further experience in the areas of industrial relations, government food regulations, industrial safety, patent assessments, total quality management and international marketing. Working with universities, government authorities and international food regulatory bodies has been an integral part project management. Experience has also been gained with startup ventures as well as taking new technologies to markets in Australia and overseas.
