FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR
It is a requirement of food Safety law that all food businesses nominate someone as the Food Safety Supervisor.
This course will teach about the risks involved in preparing, handling and storing, displaying and transporting food. You will learn about food safety hazards and the best ways to reduce food safety risks through safe handling procedures, personal hygiene, food hygiene, temperature control, cleaning and sanitation, pest control, and risk management, helping to reduce risks to your customers.
