Welcome to Quality On-line Training

Quality On-Line Training (QOT) is offering nationally accredited training, with the aim to provide leading edge food safety training to the food industry.

In partnership with National Training Institute (NTI) a Registered Training Organisation (RTO - Provider No. 21696) and registered with VETAB to provide national competencies from the Food Industry Sector's Training Packages, we now offer you these two Nationally Accredited food safety courses on-line.

The courses are practical, and designed for anyone working in the food industry, from senior management, business owners, supervisors or food handlers. The courses are accredited by the Department of Employment, Science and Training and comply with all legislative requirements for Food Safety in all States and Territories of Australia.

The team at QOT and NTI is highly skilled, qualified and with significant hands on experience in all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, food premises design, workplace training and corporate relations. With a combined experience of over 50 years, we have built a reputation of providing quality training in Food Safety and HACCP to clients across Australia, and in all the different sectors of the food industry including: Processing, Hospitality, Retail and Public Health.

 

The Food Safety Supervisor course is particularly useful for those who have a role in the implementation of a HACCP based food safety program, and wish to work as a Food Safety Supervisor. The competency units offered with these courses are recognised in all STATES and TERRITORIES within Australia, and meet the Food Handler and Food Safety Supervisor Requirements.
